GREYTOWN—WEDNESDAY. Before H. A. Stratford, R.M. Maria Haxton applied to the Court for a maintainence order against her husband, James A. Haxton. Mr Gray for complainant, Mr Sandilands for defendant.. After a long hearing the Court ordered the defendant to pay £3 a month towards the. support of the complainant, H. W, Kempton v Matini To Ore.— Defendant applied for a re-hearing of this case on the ground that on the date the case was heard, the Constable at Greytown told him there would be no sitting of tho Court; On the Constable being sworn he denied having made any auchstatemeufc.
