The Starter has the power to placo fractious or kicking horses and disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start, and fines for disobedience will be strictly jnforced, Nominations for Handicaps will dose at the Royal Hotel, Fcatherston, on Tuesday, the Ist day of December, at 8,30 p,m, Weights will bo declared on Monday, 14th December, at 8.30 p.m. Acceptances for Handicaps to be made on Monday, 21st December, at 8,30 p.m. Tho winner of an advertised raco of L75,0r over, after tho declaration of weights, to carry 51b extra in the F.R.C.
