Uio Cardinal (says the ' Freeman's Journal') has brought with him from Rome three hats-one a black silk hat with red 1 and gold bands and tassek,' ■another a gorgeous red State hat with gold lace and bullion iassels, and the third the •historical"redhat" prupeiv which, is severely plain, except the enormous tassels. It is flat and round, and the raised round crown is, so small that it would'be impossible to-wear it.
