Will be held on the SHOW GROUNDS, at CARTERTON, o.\ Wednesday, December Q, 1885. fjnHE SHOW will include Flowers, X Fruit, Farm and Dairy Produce, all varieties of Dop, Poultry, and Local Industries and Manufactures, from every part of the Valley. 1 • The Society offers a large amount of prizes, and in addition thereto very liberal private prises are given, Intending exhibitors and the public generally are referred to the printed Programmes ' which have been circulated, i\nd may be inspected at the principal business places in the Wairarapa and Wellington, or may be obtained from the undersigned, Entries must be accompanied by the required entrance fees, and may be made by letter or telegram, in each case describing, as nearly as possible, the article or animal intended to be exhibited. Entries for Poultry, Canaries, Pigeons and Dogs close on WEDNESDAY, 25th Nov., 1885, and all other entries will be taken up to 9 a,m, on the day of the Show, The Lyceum Hall lias been engaged for the Flower Show, and the ordinary ticket at the gate will clear both places up to 5 p.m. The Hall will be open in the evening, and a Promenade Concert has been arranged for, A,Tricycle and Bicycle Race will take, place in the afternoon, if sufficient entries are received.
