James Andrew 'Haxton was charged with failing to support his wife, Maria Haxton. ■ Defendant applied for an adjournment to. enable him to procure counsel. After complainint's evidence had been taken, the case was adjourned until Tuesday the Ist of December, at 3 30 p.m. , ' A. Ohisholm v D. Cameron, jun.— Wages, £8 ss. Defendant by-Mr Gray paid into Court £5 4s in full satisfaction, which plaintiff declined to accept, Judgment for plaintiff for £6 Is ana costs,
