The New South Wales Parliament was opened yesterday by Acting-Governor Sir James Martin, who, in tho course of his speech, expressed regret that the drought whioh prevailed throughout the colony had lessened the value of the principal produce, which, combined with other causes, brought about a diminution in the revenue.
