Acceptances and general entries tu be made on or before Wednesday, 18th November, 1835, at 1) p.m. Three entries, or the public money will be withheld. So protest will be considered unless lodged with thu Secretary, within ten minutes aflcr the race, accompanied by a deposit oi two pounds, which shall bo forfeited if considered frivolous or vexatious. All jockeys to ride in the colora nominated, or a fine of lsuv. will be enforced. The saddling Ihll will ring at 11.30 a.m., lirst race to start at 12 noon, sharp. The rules of the Club to apply in all cases. A horse, to run in the Hack and Hack Hurdle Races, must comply with the following conditions (1) Itmust be in actual use as a bona fide hack. (2) It must not have been trained, i.e., galloped or . sweated in clotliiuj; or rug for six months before this race meeting. (3) It must never have been entered for nny other race, the advertised stake- of which was more than fifty pounds. (4) It must not for two years previous to this race meeting have started for any race except a Hack, or Hack Hurdle lhco. (5) It must never have won any race except a Hack, or Hack Hurdle Race.
