Sir Charles Dilke addressed a meeting of his constituents at Chelsea last night, and expressed an opinion that the establishment of free schools was an essential necessity, He considered also that the practice of creating hereditary peerages should be abolished in favor of life peerages, He was favorable to the abandonment of tho present bi-cameral legislative system and'to the existence of a single chamber.
October 13, Mrs Agnes Boucicault lias announced that she still claims tu be the wife of Mr Dion Boucicault,'who is now on a professional visit to the Australian colonies, and who has recently married Miss Louise Thoradyke, a member of his company. Her claim in based on the allegation that the divorce proceeding were incomplete,
