United Press Association. Wellington, this day. Attheß.M. Court this morning, on the case of Muir being called on, Inspector Browne said: "I am instructed to state that there was a complete misapprehension as to the facts in this case, and that it has been found that there are no grounds whatsoever for the accusation made." Muir was therefore discharged without being called upon. Arrived—Wakatipu from Sydney.
