No further charge will he made, except in cases where sales are effected. All horses will he offered fot sale by Public Auction, owners being allowed to fix their own reserves, which will only be known to the Auctioneers. Parades conducted in the ahove manner, being thoroughly advertised, are acknowledged to bo the best means of introducing entires to the notico of breeders, while they offer exceptionally favorable opportunities for sale.
