George Berry, a seaman, stabbed another named Bryce last night, during a row in the forecastle of the ship Duchess of Argyle. The weapon used was a sheath knife, and he inflicted a wound nearly an inch deep in the left breast. ]3erry is in custody, The wound is not dangerous, Wellington, this day. The work of judging at the Exhibition was commenced this morning, five sets of judges being at work on their several departments, . The result will not be known for sdmo time, as the Government will have to decide whether the exhibitors selected by the judges shall receive gold or silver medals,
