At 2 p.m. FH, WOOD has received instructions , from the Auckland Clothing Company, who are now bringing the balance of their immense stock of Drapery and Clothing through the Wairarapa, for sale by public auction to sell at Featherston, on TUESDAY NEXT, at the Foresters' Hall, a large consignment of new goods just landed, comprising—Spring Drapery and Clothing, also Manchester Goods, including— Dress Goods of very description, also Millinery, Underclothing &Fancy Goods, Blankets, Sheeting, Flannels, Calicoes, Tablelmen,Towels Glass, Cloths,' Cretonnes, Men's, Youths' and Boys' Clothing, in Mosgiel, Kaiapoi, Geelong, Bliss and West of England xweeds, Hats, Sox, Ties, &c„ &c., (&C, Memo,—ln order to study the convenience of all their Wairarapa friends, the Auckland Clothing Company have decided to divide their immense stock, and have instructed the undersigned to hold a similar sale to the above, at. the Greytown Auction Rooms, on THURSDAY, the 24th inst, and at the Carterton Auction Rooms on FRIDAY, the 25th inst,' each sale to commence at two o'clock sharp. As these will be the last sales of tho kind, all who can will do well to attend and lay in a stock. The goods must be sold, and there is no doubt bargains will be the order of the day.
