Uunder the auspices of the above Society will be held at THE SHOW GROUNDS, CARTERTON, on SATURDAY, 3rd October, 1885. From 2 o'clock until 3.30 p.m. ENTRIES will be received by the Secretary up to NOON on the day of the parade; entrance fee 5s for each horse, All horses intended for the parade to be on the ground at 1,45 p.m. Admission to the ground Gd; members free. The gate money will be divided in equal proportions as prizes for the most popular light horse and most popular draught horse The usual admission ticketswill be issued at the gate, and every ticket holder will be entitled to record his vote.
