[TO THE EDITOB.] Sib,—The inclosed verses in reply to R.M.W.M. (which by the way aroftoithe initials of the talented writer of "The Poet's Fate") would have been sent sooner, but I only received recently a copy of the lines which I am endeavoring to answer, I wish to say that in the accompanying verses no offence of any kind is intended, the author whom .I have endeavored to reply tol being, I have reason to believe, a pretty old acquaintance of my own.
