Wellington, this day, A man named Robert Sellars, formerly a waiter at the Empire Hotel, was found dead in his room at Barrett's Hotel this morning. Deceased had evidently committed suicide by eating a whole box of " Rough on Rats." The negotiations between, tho Borough of Palmerston North and tho Govern: ment Insurance Association for a Municipal loan of £60,900 have fallen through.
