Hooker, who is leaving the Wairarapa, to sell by public auction oil the above date, commencing at 11a.m., without reserve, on the grounds and Premises now in the occupation ol Mr T. Hooker, situated at Clareville, the whole of his Valuable Household Furniture and effects, including every requisite and convenience for a well furnished gentleman's residence, principally as under, viz.— DRAWING ROOM. Walnut Piano, in first class order; 2 music stools, large pier glass, horse hair suite, complete; handsome chiffonier bookcase (fcotara knot), tables, chess do., carpets, lamps, pictures, oil paintings, library of handsomely bound liiirh class literature, encyclopiedias, and medical works, ornaments, vases, fender and fire-irons, 2 handsome clocks under glass shades (14 days), stereoscopes with views, 4 cornice poles, blinds, curtains, &c.
