EXCURSIONS TO SuUTH SEA ISLANDS. rytHE UNION STEAMSHIP COM--1 PANY OF NEW ZEALAND (Limited) purpose despatching their fine new steamer WAIRARAPA 1770 tons register, 1750 i.h.p, from Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, 12th AUGUST, on a cruise to TONGA, SAMOA, TAHITI, and other of the beautiful groups of the SOUTH PACIFIC. The steamer will be absent from Auckland about six weeks. Only first class passengers will be taken, mid tho number will be limited to 100. Passengers must book by 18th July, and unless 70 are booked by that date the excursion will not take place. The attention of intending passengers is drawn' to this provision, as it will be strictly observed. To ensuro the greatest comfort during the voyage, special arrangements will be made for berthing passengers, allowing liberal accommodation to each; while tho date has been fixed with a view to tho islands being visited at the best season of the year.
