Rees v Toheriri and others, recovery of scrip valued at £7750; verdict for defendant; Marchiev Victoria Insurance Company, £IOOO and interest, verdict for plaintiff with costs, In the case of interest to sheepfarmersSkillicornvUnibnlhsurance Company, claim of £994 odd on .fire and marine to cover destroyed!, by fire, plaintiff was nonsuited on the. ground that no stamped policy waaissued.
