Tenders at £9510s received 36%, and above that in full. Tenders for the Westport Harbor Loan of £lso,oooat i% were also opened, the amount subscribed being £302,000. Tenders at £9510s received 98% and above that in full. ,
Sydney, June 12, A telegram has been- received from Albany.to the effect that Veterinary Surgeon Willous, of the Contingent, died, and was buried at sea. The telegram further states that nineteeen of the men are invalided. .The formal reception of the troops will take place in Monday week, the 22nd inst,
Albany, June 12, The transport Arab, with the New South Wales contingent aboard, arrived here to-day. During the voyage one death occurred, The troops are in excellent health, and spirits. The Arab is expected to reach Sydney on Sunday, June 21.
