EXCURSIONS TO SOUTH SEA ISLANDS. mHE UNION STEAMSHIP COM--1 PANY OF NEW ZEALAND (Limited) purpose despatching their fine new steamer WAIRARAPA 177G tons register, 1750 i.h.p, from Auckland, on Tiiurspay, 16th July. on a cruise to Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, and other islands of the South Pacific. The steamer will be absent fiom Auckland, exactly one month, half of which will be spent in voyaging and half in visiting and exploring the islands. Only first class passengers will be taken, and the number will be limited to 100. Passengers must book by Ist July, and unless 70 are booked by that date fcho excursion will not fake placo, The attention of intending passengers is drawn to this provision, as it will be strictly observed, To ensure the greatest comfort during fcho voyage, special arrangements will be made for berthing passengers, allowing liberal accommodation to each, while the date lias been fixed with a view to the islands being visited a the best season of the year.
