Sir.—Has Mr Meredith jun. changed his views in respect to County suspension, or luu ho only elaborated them 1 0r again, is his latest expression at Tenui only a feint, knowing the hopelessness of getting returned as a suspensionist in the Castlepoint riding 1 Is it not Mr Meredith's hope to survive the wreck of the county by being elected Chairman of that proposed coast Road Board, which will do the Castlepoint Riding no good? I sincerely hope that whoever gets in will have a large and genuine interest in the Riding,
