Tta period for which the above rates are to be made is the year commenced on the Ist day of April, 1885, and ending on tho 31st day of March, 1880. The rates will be made payable as follows If the total amount of rates due from any one ratepayer amounts to two pounds and upwards, the same shall be. payable in two equal instalments on the 14th day ( of July and the Bth day of December 1885 . respectively. If the total amount of rates due from any one ratepayer is uuder two pounds the same shall be payable in one instalment on the Bth day of December, 1885.
