Complainant was fully as voluble as ever. The defendant was charged with being a dangerous lunatic. The evidenoe of Dr. Smith and Bey was to the effect that

bhey did not cbftsider she was a dangerous lunatic, and not fit to beat large. After the examination of the defendant by the Resident .Magistrate, the case waß lismisseid. ' . •. .•
