The complainant stated that on fclio night of the Ist instant defendont threatened to cut her head off, and that she might haVe her body but there should he t)o head on it. Defendant pleaded •not guilty, further stated that defendant retunjedfroir,! Napier about six weeks age, anijliad come'into a jipuse rented by herself, and she could not get him out again. Complainant was fully as voluble as ever. After hearing tho eytfehge the complaint 'was dismissed, On the defendant Ipayjng the Court, the complainant, at the flqgv optsjde the Court, spat in his face.} f . A pharge preferred Constable Robinson agajnat defendant fpr injuring the lopk-up door was withdrawn on dofendant paying for done', William Greeks v Mary Ann Greeks. The defendant was charged with being a dangerous lunatic. The evidenoe of Dr. Smith and Bey was to the effect that
bhey did not cbftsider she was a dangerous lunatic, and not fit to beat large. After the examination of the defendant by the Resident .Magistrate, the case waß lismisseid. ' . •. .•
