To-mnrroyy night tho Theatre Royal will lie honoured by tho appcaranco of ono of tho greatest living violinists, Edouard Kcmonyi, supported by such names as Miss Hattio Downing, Mr , Rudolph Himmer and Mr Isidore Luckstono. They will appear for this one night only. The Melbourne Age says of . Reinenyi:—The audience were not long in recognising that they had playing to thorn one of the greatest virhmi, whoso mastery over his instalment was perfect, whose power of expression was without limit, whose performance was overflowing with the enthusiasm of a true artist, and whose soul was full of fire. With reference to tho technical execution, it is almost superfluous to speak; we can only saythat itisperfectineverydetail, and only by caro and long painstaking in working up every detail is a performer enabled acqurately to express every passage in whatever piece he may be rendering, Tho tono produced by him is wonderfully clear and sweet, containing so much sympathy which at once appeals to the feelings, resembling, as it were, a musical human voice.
