London, April 23. A further explosion, supposed to be caused by dynamite, oecured at- White Hall this afternoon. The scene of the outrage was the office of the Under Secretary to the Admiralty (Mr E. W. Swainson). The explosion was of an alarming nature, and Mr Swainson, who was in the office at the time, sustained very severe, injuries.
