Mr Kay's work in the Masterton School, moved that, his'application be Btrongly recommendedto.tlie favorable consideration of the Board.
Mr Hogg, on seconding the motion, Baid he did 89 as he considered Mr Kay had exceptional'claims for the position ho BOUgllt. . . r ' The resolution was earned unanimously. It was resolved that the best wished of the Committee be conveyed to_ Mr Ford ;for his success in his new appointment.
