McFarlane, secretary to the Picnic Committee, brought forward his report of subscriptions and disbursements; connected with the late picnic, which had proved a great success. Tho total amount of subscription received amounted to £lB 9s, expenses £l6 13s Id, leaving a: balance of &115s lid, which was handed over to the School Committee. Resolved that a unanimous Aa of thanks be accorded Mr McFarlaft/Hsi}d the ladies and gentlemen who hair con tributed so liberally to the success of the picnic. *
