ENTRIES, accompanied by the entrance fees, close at the Secretary's Office, Carterton, on SATURDAY, 21st February, 1885, and in order that sufficient accommodation may be provided for the sheep, and correct catalogues may be prepared, vendors are requested to state the number, sex, class, and age of sheep ; whether they are to bo sold by auction or privately; and if by auction, to state by whom ; also to state whether the sheep are to be sold singly, or in lots of 5,10, 20, etc., etc. All sheep to bo on the ground before 10 a.m., and to be removed only by concent of the Stewards.
