R, Hooper was burned yesterday afternoon, It was occupied by W, JJenry pf the Post and Telegraph Department, The houso and fumiturs wore insured in the South Briiish, but Mr Hooper estimates his loss at £SO over the insuranco and Mr Henry at a similar sum.
