Meaars Lowes & loms held a very successful sale of stock at their yards on Wednesday. The yards were well filled, all lines selling with the exception of a few hacks. The following are the prices obtained:—Forward bullocks, £4 19a; store steers, £4 8s 6d; small steers, £3 10s; 18 months young cattle, 435; yearlings, 325; calves from 20s to 235; store cows from 38s to 455; dairy cows from £4 to £6; aged ewes, 5s 9d; store wethers, 83 9d; hack horses, £3 to £lO 10s; young pigs, IBs to 19s; fowls, 3s per pair. "
