R.M. COURT.
CARTERTON-TUESDAY, (Before H, S. Wardell, R.M., and B, Boys, J.P.) .Constable Darby v Walter Bishop. Defendant was charged with having on the 14th day of December last',, that day being a. Sunday, sold to Edward/I Jones certain alcoholic liquors, Defendant did not appear. Constable Darby proved the sale, and the defendant was fined 40s and costs and t]ie conviction was ordered to be endorsed upon his license. There were several cases on the civil list, all of which, except one, were settled put pf Court or adjourned. GREYTOWN.—TUESDAY. (Before H. S, Wardell, R.M„ and S. Re vans, J.P,) 'Four boys, Edward Raison, Edward Sayer, John Sepenslie, and Franz Sepenslie, wore charged by Constable Eccleton with .having on the. 14th December last, in a public street, wilfully and obscenely exposed their persons,' The defendants pleaded not guilty. The cases were all .dismissed. '' Robert Bolton, foraßimilarcffencewas sentenced to 24 hours hard labor. (Wilson and Richardson) .Execution Creditors y. John Hume. Interpleader by George Paine. The amount lodged in Cpurt was £59 3s'lod," pending the decision of the Couft. "Mr Gray for claimant, Mr' Kirk for judgment who.'endeavored to. upset a bill of sale given by Humeto Paine over the whole of his household furniture, &o.' Judgment was entered for the claimant, Mr Kirk giving notice of appeal,
