The ordinary monthly meeting of the i Wairarapa West County Council was held, i on Saturday last in the Council Chambers, - 1 Carterton. After some discussidn on the. k the estimates prepared by. Mr King vk the County and'Mr Connell on behalf of the Government for the Wahuioru bridge, it was moved by Cr Bunny and seconded by Cr Buchanan, that the Clerk write for plans, &c, prepared by Mr Connell and that they be handed over to Mr King for inspection.—Carried. . *gjk Resolveii—That the £1247 for roa«p 9 fairly allocated between the various sections of the County. Or.PhiUipa called the attention of the v. Council to the Carterton-Gladstone road being a .County road.
