BULBS AND BEGULATIONS. To bd run under the Mastarton and Ooaki Jockey Club Rules. Tho Saddling Bell'will riug at 12 each day, and the first race start at 12.30 o'clock. The time for starting each event will be duly posted on the course after each preceding race. Hack races are open to horseß that havenever won an advertised race other than hack races, or that have not run for an advertised race for six months previous to date of meeting. The District Race is open to all horses owned in the district at least six months previous to this race meeting. In case of a protest the same must be lodged with the Seoretary within 1$ minutes after the race has been tun, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatious, The winner of the 8 stone Hack Race will not be allowed to run for the one on the seoond day, No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho Secretary, and 15 miuutes before the time of starting. All entries to be made on the Club's print ed forms, entrance monev enclosed, with name, age at the time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, name of owner, and colors of rider. Entry forms supplied by tho Seoretary on application. In all nominations for handicaps the previous performances are to be given.
