MASONIC FESTIVAL.

Harvey, 1.G.; E. S, Richards, Tyler. • ! In'the e.^enin^there was a brilliant 'assembly in the Theatre Royal, which had "been specially prepared for the occasion. The walls were profusely decorated with flags, fiowors, oil paintings engravings, and masonio emblems and comfortable couches and easy chairs were arranged around the floor. The attendance of visitors was unusually large and dancing was maintained till daybreak, to the' inspiring music of the Masterton string band. Bros Hooper, Eapp, aud Kay ably discharged their onerous dutieß and Mra Clayson gave unqualified satisfaction as caterer. The gathering was pronounced on all sides' to be the "most succesful [reunion of the character yet held in the Waprapa, and the officers and membera of the Thistle Lodge may be congratulated on their rery com-, plete and well planned arrangements,
