Vj" OTICE is hereby given that property1A tax under "The Property Tax Act, 1884," for the year commencing on the first day ot April, one thousand eight hundred and ei?hty'four, will be payable as iollows (1.) In respect of the duty of threeeights of a penny, where the amount of such duty shall he under two hundred and fifty pounds, the Bame shall be paid ou the twentyi-second day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four; And where such duty amounts to two hundred and fifty pounds, or exceeds that sum, the same shall be paid in two equal instalments, the first of such instalments being payable on the said twenty-second day of December, and the second of such instalments on thu second day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five (2.)
