GROWN LANDS TO BE LEASED FORTY-MILE BUSH DISTRICT, WAIRARAPA, TT is hereby notified that the under- ■*• mentioned Beotione are open for lease for a term of thirty years, with perpetual right of renewal. Written tenders (in sealed covers) are invited, in accordance with '' The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882. The pnoe tendered must be stated in writing as well as in figures, accompanied by a statutory declaration, together with su months' rent at.the rate tendered, and a fee of II 10s for lease and registration, to be lodged with, the Commissioner of Crown Lands, at the Crown Lands office, Wellington, not later than 4 o'clock p.m on Wednesday, the 10th December, 1884 The tenders will be opened at the meeting of the Laud Board on Thursday, the 11th December (the following day,) at 10 o'clock a.m., when the highest tenderer, if the tender shall equal, or exceed the upset annual rental per acre fixed by the Board,-will be declared the lessee. The tenderers must appear at the Laud Board, cither in person or by an agent authorized in writing on the day on which the tenders are opened. Flans and schedules of the sections, and copies of the regulations under which leases will be sold and issued, also forms of tender and declaration respectively, can be obtained at the District Land Office, Wellington j at any of the other Land Offices in the colony; and may also be seen at the Railway stations and Post Offices iu the Welltugton Provincial District. The numbers of the section and block with the name of dis<rict, must he written on the covers.
