RULES AND RELATIONS. ' To bo run under the Maatorton and Ooaki Jockey Club Rules. The Saddling BellwiU ring at 12 each day, and the firat raoe start at 12.30 o'clock. The time for starting eaoh event will be duly posted on the course after other than hack races, or that have not run for an advertised race for six months previous to date of meeting.- The District Race is opeu to all horses owned jn the dibtricfc at least six montto previous to this race moating. In case of a protoßt the samo must he lodgod with the Secretary within 15 minutes after the race has been run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatiouß, The wimior of the 8 Bfone Hack Race will not be allowed to run for the one on the second day, No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho Secretary, and 15 minutes before the time of starting. All entries to be made on the Club's print cd forms, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at tho time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, name of owner, and colors of ridor. Entry forma supplied by the Secretary on application. Acceptances for same will close samo evening Nominations for Consolation Handicap to be mode to the Secretory 15 minuteß after the District Handicap is run. Weights will be declared 15 minutes after the nominations have closed ; acceptances will close 15 minutes after the weights have been declared.
