'UBLIC NOTICE UNDER "THE PROPERTY ASSESSMENT ACT, c 1879,'' SECTION 76. i L i tax under " The Property Tax Act, 884," for the year commencing on the vat day ot April, one thousand eight mndred and eighty-four, will be payable s follows';— (1.) In respect of the duty of three* eights of a penny, where the amount of such duty shall be under two- hundred and fifty pounds, the Bsme shall be paid on the day of December, one thousand- eight hundred and eighty-four; And where such duty amounls to two hundred and - fifty pounds, or exceeds that aum, the same shall he paid in two equal instalments, the first of such instalments being payable on the said twenty- second day of December, and the second of such instalments on the secoud day of February, one thousand eight hundred aud eighty-five (2.)
