To bo run under the Masterton and Ooalti Jockey Club Rules. The Saddling Bell will ring at 12 each day, and the first woo start at 12.30 o'clock. Tho lime for starting each each preceding race. Hack races are open to horses that havenever won an advertised race other than hack races, or that have not run for an advertised race (or six months previous to date of meeting. The District Race is open to all horses owned in tho district at least six months previous to this race meeting. In case of a protest the same must uo lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes after the race has beeu run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatious. The winnor of the 8 stone Hack Kace will not he allowed to run for the ono on the second day, No scratching of horses allowed, miles through the Secretary, and 15 minutes before the time of starting. All entries to ho made on the Club's print ed forms, entrance money enclosed, with name, ago at the ti.no of entry, and [edigree of the horse, name of owner, and colors of ridgr.
