[BY ELEOT&W TELEGRAPH-COPYRIGHT Reuter's Telequams. London, November 14. In the House of Commons yesterday the credit votes asked by the Governnment on account of the army and navy, and for military operations in Egypt and South Africa, were passed. Cairo, Noqeniber 13.
A telegram has been received from tho Mudir of Dongola stating that a force of 12,000 of the Mahdi's troops, under bis hqhting chief, are now manming upon Dongola
