CROWN LANDS TO BE LEASED, FORTY-MILE BUSH DISTRICT, WAIRARAPA. TT is hereby notified that the underx mentioned seciious are open for lease fur a ttrui of thirty years, with perpetual right of renewal. Written tenders (in sealed covers) are invited, in accordance with '• The Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1882, The piico tendered mum be stated in writing us well as in figures, accompanied by a statutory declaration, toother wah six months' rem at the rule tendered, and a foe of £llos for lease and registration, to he lodged with the Gommissfoner of Crown Landd, m the Crown Lands office, Wellington, not later than i o'clock p.tn' on Wednesday, the lOili December., 1884. Tho tenders will be opoued at the meeting of the Land Board on Thursday, the 11th December (the following day,) at ]0 o'clock am,, when the highest tenderer, if tlia tender shall equal or exceed ilio upset annual rental per acre tixed by tho Board, will bo declared the leasee. Tho tenderers must appear at the Land Board, either in person or by tin agent authorized in \vri'in», on the day on which the tenders are opened. Plans and schedules of the sei-tions,.rind copies of tlui regulations under which lease* will be sold and issued, also forms of tender mid declaration respectively, can be obtained at the Distiict Land Office, Wellington; at any of the other Land Offices m the colony ; and may also be seen iu tho Railway stations and Post Offices iu the Welltugtoii Provincial District.
