A meeting of the Wairarapa and Esßt CoHBt Pastoral and Agriculture Society's show committee was held on Saturday, October lltli at the Council Chambers Carterton. Present—W. C. The Chairman read the letter carefully through and said the tenor of the letter was that the committee had called'for tenders for printing subject to specification and that the tender had to bo accented or not in accordance with the specification. After considerable discussion it was moyed by Mr Buchanan that the clerk reply to the letter. It was moved by Mr Braithwaile that looal tenders for printing catalogue be accepted, It was moved as an amendment that Wellington prices be obtained. It was resolved that Messrs Boys, N. Grace, and Mr Booth be a committee to see the present occupier of White Hart Hotel re lease of show ground. The Committee then proceeded, to form aliat of gentlemen to be appliod to, to act as judges in the coming show.
