As a very large proportion of the woo' passing through this Port requires dumping, the Wharfinger has been instructed to consider all wool as received for that purpose prior to shipment, unless otherwise specially ordered. MARKING OF BALES. By-law No, 63 provides that all bales of Wool, Flax, Skins, &0,, intended for dumping must ho clearly marked at loth ends.
