No further charge will be made, except iu cases where sales are effected, All horses will be offered for sale by Public Auction, owners being allowed to fix their own reserves, winch will only be known to tho Auctioneers. Parades conducted in the above manner, being thoroughly advertised, are acknowledged to be the besii means of introducing entires to the notice of breeders, while they offer exceptionally favorable opportunities for sale.
