They will not be allowed in carriages, and the owner must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before the doa is delivered, Return or Periodical Tickets will not be available for Special or Excursion Trains, except the Ordinary Time Table is suspen ded Parcels and Goods for Pipitea, Kaiwarra, Ngahaurangn, Belmont, Hayward's, Silver Stream, Wallaceville, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Bush, Fernside, Woodside, and at Flag Stations, must be Prepaid, and will be put out on the platforms of those Stations at the risk of tlie Consignee.
