Children under three years of age travel free; above three and trader twelve years of age, half-price. Horses, Carriages, &c.-The Railway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by any particular Train, but when sent they must be at the forwardine station half-an-hourbeforetho des parturo of the Train. The owners of horseß must provide moans for iiecuriogtheminthe horsebox, and the Railway Dimartment will not he accountable for any injury sustained through their breaking loose ur otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horses. At Country Stations requisitions forhorsc boxes or carriage trucks must bo made the dr.y before tiny aro wanted. Dors must be provided with chains, or other sufficient means of securing them. They will not be allowed in carriages, and the owner must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before the dog 13 delivered, lleturn or Periodical Tickets will not be available for Special or Excursion Trains, except the Ordinary Time Table is suspended Parcels and Goods for Pipitea, Kniwarra, Ngahauranga, Belmout, Harvard's, Silver Stream, Wallaoeville, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Bush, Fernside, Woodside, and at Flag Stations, must be Prepaid, and will be put out on the platforms of those Stations at the risk of the Consignee. Special Notice-To ensure despatch, Parcels, Extra Luggage, and Dogs must he at the Station at least Thirty Minutes before advertised time of departure of Train. The Eailway Department does not pledge itself to the despatch or arrival of the Trains at the exact times notified in the above Tables, and in the event of any circumstances arising either during or prior to the journey being made which may render it impossible or inexpedient for a Train to pro ceed, will return the Fares paid, but does not undertake to forward the passengers. Lusigage.—Each passenger is allowed to take 1121bs of personal luggage free (not in eluding merchandise of; any kind), and for every 561bs above this weight, for every oo miles or fraction of 50 miles, the charge will be One Shilling.
