Children under three years of age travel fiee; above three and under twelve years of age, half-price, Horses, Carriages, Sc.—The Radway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by any particular Train, but when sent they must bo at the fore-ardine station L al f-an-hour bef or e th odes pavture of the Train, The owners of horses must provide moans for necnringthem in the horsebox, and the Railway Doiiartment will not be accountable for any injury sustained through their breaking loose nr otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horses. At Country Stations requisitions forhorso boxes or carriages trucks must be made the day before tiny are wanted. _ ... Do«s must be provided with enmna, or other" sufficient moans of securing them. Tiiey will not be allowed in carriages, and the owner must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before the do;: is delivered, Return or Periodical Tickets will not be available for Special or Excursion Trains, except the Ordinary Time Table is suspended , , ' Parcels and Goods for Pipitea, Kaiwarra, Ngahaurangn, Belmont, Harvard's, Silver Stream, Wnllaoeville, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Hush, Fernside, Woodside, and at Flag Stations, must bo Prepaid, andwUl.be put out ou the platforms of those Stations at the risk of the Consignee. Special Notice-To ensure despatch, Panels, Extra Luggage, and Dogs mast be at the Station at least Thirty Minutes before advertised time of departure of Train. The Railway Department does not pledge itself to the despatch or arrival of tho Trains at the exact times notified in the above Tables, and in the event of any cirjumstances arising either during or prior to the journey being made which may render it impossible or inexpedient for a Train to proceed, will return the Fares paid, but does not uudertake to forwerd the passengers, Luugage.—Each passenger is sllowid to take 11211>s of personal luggage free (not in eluding merchandise of any kind), and for every 561bs above this weight, for every 5o miks or fraction of 50 miles, the charge will be One Shilling. No luggage mil be allowed to be taken into the carriages, unless of each a size that it can be placed under the seat without inconvenience to other passengers. Passengers aro strongly recommended to bavc their Na.nes and the station to which they sre proceeding distinctly marked on their Luggage, and to satisfy themselves that it is placed on the Train, us the railway Department will not be responsible unless it is booked and paid for. Parcels and Goods—From the above Sta tions can bo made" To Pay" at Wellington Petorn, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Kaitoke Feathersion, Greytown, Carterton, and Mas ifirton.
