Paris, July 47.: A considerable decrease in the number of deaths from cholera is now manifest at Toulon; the disease is however, spreading at Artes, and has appeared in a virulent form at Aix,l6 miles north-east of Marseilles/ Six deaths occurred at Aix to-day, and the inhabitants of the town are flying in. a panic. London, July 28. The first meeting of the Conference which has been organised tq discuss the advisability of Imperial Federation will be held to-morrow. The Bight Hon. W. E.Forster, late Chief Secretary for Ireland, will preside.'
