Nine deaths occurred to-day from the disease in one district. Beussels, July 24, Arrangements are bein? made for founding a Belgian colony in New Zealand, and the sum of 50,000 francs has already been subscribed to defray the expenses in connection therewith. A person of experience will start at an early date for New Zealand to make inquiries with tho view of establishing a settlement and making the necessary arrangements with the colonial authorities,
