The owners of horses must provide means for securing them in the horsebox, and tho Railway Department will not be accountable for any injury sustained through their bieaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to oarry unbroken or vicious Horses, At Country Stations requisitions forhorse boxes or carriages trucks must be mudo tho day before they are wanted, Dogs must bo provided with chains, or other sufficient means of ..securing them. They will not he allowed in carriages, and the owner must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before tin dot; is delivered, Return or Periodical Tickets will not he available for Special or Excursion Trains, except tho Ordinary TimeTablo is suspended : Parcels and Goods forPipitea, Kaiwarra Ngahatiraiiga, Belmont, Hayward's, Silver Stream, Wullaceville, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Budy Fornsido; Woodside, and at Flag Stations', must ho Prepaid, and will he put out on tho-platforms of those Stations at the risk of the Consignee.
