Passengers can bo booked at Stations ouly on condition that there is room in tlit Train, Children under three years of age travel free; above' three aud under twelve years of age, half-price. Horses, Carriages, Sc.-Tho Railway Department does not nntlertuko to forward Horses and Carriages by any particular Train, but when sent they must be at the forwarding station hal f-an-houi- before the kt pjrture of tho Train. The owners of horses must provide means for securing them in the horsebox, and tho Railway Department will not be accountable for any injury sustained through their bieaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to oarry unbroken or vicious Horses, At Country Stations requisitions forhorse boxes or carriages trucks must be mudo tho day before they are wanted, Dogs must bo provided with chains, or other sufficient means of ..securing them. They will not he allowed in carriages, and the owner must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before tin dot; is delivered, Return or Periodical Tickets will not he available for Special or Excursion Trains, except tho Ordinary TimeTablo is suspended : Parcels and Goods forPipitea, Kaiwarra Ngahatiraiiga, Belmont, Hayward's, Silver Stream, Wullaceville, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Budy Fornsido; Woodside, and at Flag Stations', must ho Prepaid, and will he put out on tho-platforms of those Stations at the risk of the Consignee. ' . ■ ' Special Notice—To ensure despatch, Parcels, Extra Luggage, and Dogs must be at tho Station at least Thirty Minutes before advertised time of departure of Train, The Railway Department does not pledge itself to tho despatch or arrival of the Trains at the exact times notified in the;above Tables, and in the event of any c'irsumstances arising either during or prior to the journey being made which may render it impossible or inexpedient (or a Train lo pro< ceed, will return the Fares; paid, but does not undertake to forward the passengers, Lutfgftge.—Each passenger is allowed to take 1121bs of personal luggage free (not in eluding merchandise of any kind), and for every Ifilbs above this weight, for every sq. miles or fraction of 60 miles, the charge will bo One Shilling, No luggage will be allowed to bo taken into the carriages, unless of such a sizo that it oan be placed under tho seat without inconvenience to' other pas'seiigors.
